Restaurant Details

The “L” in this cafe's name stands for local, love, luck, life, learn, light, like, and link. The dishes here improve your intestinal environment, and they try to eliminate additives and gluten.

For lunch, L for You has two kinds of menus: a weekday lunch plate and a vegan burger. The weekday lunch plate comes with a main dish and two or three kinds of side dishes with brown rice or rice flour bread. Gapao rice is also available as a vegan option.

The dishes use ingredients such as organic vegetables and healthy fermented seasonings. This plate comes with miso soup. The burger comes with salad and pickled vegetables with soy meat sauce, and soy mayonnaise is on the gluten free bread.

For dessert, they offer gluten-free French toast, homemade pound cake, sake-kasu cheesecake, strawberry crumble tart, and other raw sweets.

There is a small grocery shop located inside the cafe so that you can buy vegetables, beans, and seasonings which can enhance your healthy lifestyle.
