If you visit Kamenoya, you won’t want to miss their secret menu item: ten-chuka (800 yen). The soup looks beautifully clear and tastes light with a good balance of saltiness and flavors from both the fish and meat broth. On top of the noodles, you’ll find scallop tempura, one half crunchy and the other half soaked in the delicious soup.
