Relish in a classic, mouth-watering bowl of shoyu ramen — the best in all of Osaka.

Restaurant Details

One of the most highly-regarded ramen shops in all of Osaka, Kadoya Shokudou prides itself in being both simple as well as revolutionary. While these might seem like contradicting concepts, they somehow achieved the impossible by incorporating both qualities into their dishes.

With their noodles made in-house, you're guaranteed the freshest flat and straight noodles for your bowl of ramen. Supple and smooth in texture, they perfectly match the broth produced at Kadoya.

The simplistic shoyu (soy sauce) based ramen is the bestseller here. Its rich and aromatic soup, made from a dashi broth of chicken, pork and seafood, enhances the flavors perfectly. Top the bowl off with succulent Kagoshima chashu pork and white spring onions to add a couple more layers of flavors.

Other dishes such as the shio (salt) ramen and tsukemen (cold noodles with soup for dipping) are also just as appetizing. If you're looking for a solid bowl of shoyu ramen in Osaka, or any ramen for that matter, Kadoya Shokudou should be the first place on your mind.
