Originally from Shizuoka, Chef Maeda Koshi moved his restaurant to Ginza, Tokyo, to spread his love of cooking with more people. He enjoys sharing the flavors of his home prefecture with diners from all over the world. Through his omakase (“chef's choice”) course, guests can savor dishes made from the vegetables, fish, and meat of Shizuoka.
Along with the omakase course, a selection of drinks including beer, sake, whiskey, and non-alcoholic beverages are available. Meals can be enjoyed at the 6-counter seats or private 4-seat table.
