At Ramen Ichikura, you can enjoy original Asahikawa ramen. Asahikawa ramen is known for its soy sauce base, but Ichikura has a variety of unique tasting ramen such as miso, salt, etc. Their recommended menu is "Sakebushi-ramen” which is made from salmon broth. In addition, they have also Muslim-friendly menu items and a vegetarian ramen option.
Ichikura uses homemade noodles made with 100% Hokkaido wheat, and the soup is made with carefully-selected pork bones and several kinds of vegetables that are simmered for 12 hours to bring out the flavor of the ingredients.
This restaurant is open until dawn in Asahikawa, where many ramen restaurants are said to close early in the evening. Perfect for a comforting meal after a night of drinking!
