Carnesio-East
Creative Cuisine / Fusion Food
Unassuming but not unimpressive — this Western cuisine is served Japanese-style.
Restaurant Details
Carnesio-East is a cute bistro on a street in Ebisu which has been popular among locals for years now, though its simplistic and casual interior might unintentionally cause one to miss it and walk right past.
Because guests are advised to book their dining time prior to the actual day, Carnesio-East has got a handle on what used to be an uncontrollable, massive crowd outside the bistro. The Japanese counter-style dining gives the restaurant a different feel from the others — dining on Western cuisine in a modern Japanese setting.
Everyone raves about the hamburg steak — which melts in the mouth. The foie gras, avocado salad, and white asparagus are great as well. For a relatively inexpensive bistro meal, head just a few minutes south of Shibuya to Carnesio-East.
