Knowing how to pair sake and food is anything but simple, however, but is precisely the challenge that Mutsu Oyama, restaurant manager of Niku no Himaraya to Nomuno restaurant in Tsukiji, decided to master. A sake lover, he has dedicated himself to studying the intricacies of Japan’s national drink, using his English language ability to share these insights with the world.
