Experience Details
Renowned for its intricacy and elegance, traditional Japanese cuisine (washoku) is a delight for all senses. While it might seem to be overly complicated for a beginner to take on the task of crafting an authentic Japanese dish from scratch, let alone an entire course meal, this class proves that everyone can successfully try their hand at washoku with the right guidance.
In this cooking class, experienced instructor Yuka will teach you the fundamentals of Japanese cuisine. She will guide you through making several dishes, including a main consisting of either chicken or fish, perfectly pillowy Japanese rice, miso soup and egg omelet. You’ll also enjoy a traditional dessert and fresh green tea.
