The exact food depends on availability but typically includes delicacies like shiro-ebi (fresh white shrimp), kanburi shabu-shabu (winter yellowtail hotpot) and other refreshingly creative dishes that define Toyama's food culture. As for drinks, sake is recommended, but definitely not the only choice. Soft drinks and other alcoholic beverages are also available. You will then wrap up the tour at a local bar, sipping original cocktails crafted from local and seasonal ingredients sourced throughout the prefecture. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere of this small watering hole and learn fascinating insights from your bartender.
