After that, ready yourself to partake in an all-you-can-drink sake tasting. Toshimaya Brewery is one of the oldest sake breweries in Tokyo, established in 1596. Not only do they produce some of the best sake in the country, but they also produce mirin (sweet cooking sake) and shirozake. Their multi-award-winning sake “Kinkon” (“golden wedding anniversary”) sake, is served as sacred sake in shrines of Meiji Jingu and Kanda Myojin.
