During this workshop, you'll have the opportunity to create your very own Wagashi, specifically Nerikiri with intricate flower designs. Tea Ceremony (Sado): Witness an authentic Japanese tea ceremony (sado) demonstration led by Nagai-san, a certified matcha master. The Japanese tea ceremony is a highly ritualized practice focused on matcha green tea preparation. Let’s Make Matcha: Next, delve into the art of making matcha, the finely powdered green tea known for its rich flavor and cultural significance.
