Japanese matcha tea making and tea-tasting (approximately 60 minutes)

Matcha-Tasting:
Visit a stylish space in Ginza for an authentic Japanese matcha tasting experience. You'll learn about etiquette, and then try it for yourself. You'll receive a matcha tea kit as a gift. Matcha tea is revered not only for its soothing qualities but also for its rich health benefits.
Visit a Miso and Fermented Food Store:
Move onto a miso and fermented food store, where you’ll learn about the health benefits of these Japanese superfoods. Miso is celebrated for its probiotic content, contributing to a healthy gut microbiome, improved digestion, and bolstered immunity. This store sells over fifty types of miso from all over Japan.
Regional Products at an Antenna Store:
Visit an antenna store showcasing a range of locally sourced products from all over Japan. These products often include ingredients that are celebrated for their unique health benefits.
Enjoy Lunch at a Soba Restaurant:
End your journey with a meal at a soba noodle restaurant. Soba (buckwheat) noodles are a low-gluten alternative packed with essential nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Their consumption has been linked to improved heart health, better blood sugar control, and reduced inflammation.
