Now, let’s get to know the wizards behind the kitchen curtain! The powerhouse duo of Kodai Kogita and Naoto Kawamura crafts ginger Garden Aoyama and their afternoon tea experiences. Kodai Kogita is a multi-talented chef who began working his culinary magic at a legendary cafe in Osaka. He went on to a culinary training school in Paris before returning to Japan to unleash his newfound skills and flair on his home country. Naoto Kawamura is a dessert-making superstar who has presented his delectable treats at various hotels and patisseries.
