Step behind the kitchen counter of a sleek French restaurant in Hikone, Shiga, for a private cooking class with premium ingredients like abalone, lobster, and Shiga's renowned Omi beef. Under the tutelage and careful guidance of seasoned Chef Yamada, you'll grill melt-in-your-mouth Omi sirloin and filet, live lobster and abalone (only one person per group will cook the latter two) at La Cuisine Enju restaurant. Learn valuable insights from Chef Yamada's extensive culinary training and experience as he shares his best tips for preparing a delicious meal to perfection.
