This limited-time tour gives you an exclusive glimpse of Senshu's specialties: oysters and sake. Led by locals, you'll discover the area's unique oyster production, from learning techniques to shuck oysters with a seasoned local oyster specialist to boarding a fishing boat to see the harvest firsthand, if the weather allows. After getting acquainted with Bode oysters, the most common type of oyster from the area, you'll get a taste of it by enjoying lunch made with freshly caught oysters. And after lunch, you'll partake in a guided visit of the oldest sake brewery in Osaka, where you'll taste award-winning Japanese sake and shop for your preferred kinds.

Remarks
Please note that boarding a boat to see the oyster harvest is subject to weather and ocean conditions and may be unavailable on the day itself.
If the boat experience is not available, additional oyster dishes will be added to the lunch menu to compensate.
