The adventure begins with a visit to a local shrine to ask for blessings galore–happiness, health, success, you name it. You'll taste the spectrum from the finest unfiltered and unpasteurized sake to the seasonal sips. Imagine stepping into breweries that have been thriving for almost four centuries.
