In this cooking class, you will learn to use traditional methods to make your own soba noodles. The chef will introduce techniques using Japanese wooden rolling pins, kneading bowls, and special soba knives. The class ends with a delicious meal prepared by the shop master. You are invited to watch as he expertly boils your hand-cut soba noodles and fries up kakiage (vegetable fritter) tempura to enjoy with it.
