Kaiseki is, simply put, Japanese haute cuisine: elegant, beautifully prepared meals served on special occasions. Similar to Japanese tea ceremony, the food itself is only one element of the kaiseki. Dishes are carefully curated according to season, tableware of the highest quality and exceptional thought goes into how each dish is presented so it appears as a work of art.
Throughout the experience, an English or Chinese-speaking guide will be there to ensure smooth communication and facilitate understanding. After the show, you will receive a souvenir to remember your incredible night: a group photo printed on a magnificent hanging scroll.
