Traditionally served before tea ceremonies, cha-kaiseki bento is beautifully prepared with high-quality, locally-sourced vegetables and meats. Cha-kaiseki is a bento meal served before a tea ceremony. These intricate dishes perfectly encapsulate the serene quality of Japanese traditional culture.
