They’re a rare and valuable delicacy that can primarily only be found in Ehime.
Your experience begins with a hands-on craft session, where you'll create a colorful lampshade using Noble Scallops that you can take home with you. These shells, native to the coastal waters of Ehime, play a crucial role in the region's culinary and crafting traditions.
