Join the Autumn Leaf Quest anytime between September 9 and November 30, 2024. Guests must complete at least two bookings or reservations and leave one review to be eligible for the special prize.
Campaign Terms & Conditions
While this campaign is open to all traveling foodies, there are terms and conditions to keep in mind.
- This campaign runs from September 9 through November 30, 2024. To be eligible for the final prize of the Autumn Leaf Quest, experiences and restaurant reservations must take place within the campaign period.
- Participants have until October 29 to enter the giveaway portion of this campaign. The winner will be announced on October 30, 2024.
- The helicopter tour and dining experience can take place anytime in November. The winner can select their desired date but should allow at least 1 week for byFood to organize the tour and dining experience.
- After leaving a review for an experience or restaurant, guests will receive an email with a link to claim their prize. They’ll need to supply a Japanese address to receive their prize. It can be a hotel or other accommodation.
- ByFood needs at least 2 days to ship Autumn Leaf Quest prizes. If you are leaving Japan less than 48 hours after claiming your prize, you will receive a ¥3,000 voucher to spend at the byFood market.
- Promo codes distributed during this campaign can be used on all available experiences and restaurants on byFood.
- Promo codes distributed during this campaign can only be used once.
- ByFood will not accept any liability should an eligible user fail to in put the promo code booking an experience or restaurant, thereby forfeiting the user's eligibility for the promotion.
- After entering the promo code, the system will automatically apply the promotion to the applicable booking and display the discount on the transaction page.
