Offering in-depth, multi-day sake brewery experiences, this 300-year-old brewery allows guests to experience the life of a sake brewer; staying overnight at the guesthouse adjacent to the brewery, taking part in sake brewing using their facilities, and engaging in sake tastings. The brewery is located in the famous sake-producing area of Saku in Nagano Prefecture, where abundant resources like water and rice, as well as the ideal climate, are conducive to making delicious nihonshu.
