萬野的團隊注意到,食客們通常只喜歡喫熟悉的排骨等,因此他們開設了自己的餐廳,以拓寬大衆的味覺:Yakiniku Manno 位於大阪最近城市化、令人興奮的天王寺地區。爲了制定嚴格的標準,該餐廳根據特定的座右銘制定菜單--提供卓越的烤肉選擇,吸引屠夫和肉類鑑賞家。
