A roadside station in Gifu prefecture’s Nakatsugawa City, this shop has a soba corner with a wide selection of products, as well as other specialties from producers in Nakatsugawa. They offer cooking experiences, like a soba making class, gohei mochi making experience, and manju cooking class. Their buckwheat flour is made in-house using locally-produced buckwheat from a nearby field, and every day, the exact amount of buckwheat flour needed is freshly ground in a mill, for optimal flavor.
