Yamasaki
Sip on hot pot soup all year round— whatever the season, this specialty restaurant adapts to it.
Restaurant Details
Hidden away in a quiet area of the chic dining hotspot of Kagurazaka, this kaiseki restaurant specializes in hot pot dishes, in a convenient location just a few minutes away from Iidabashi Station.
Yamasaki uses the freshest of meat, seafood, and vegetables, resulting in hot pots that use seasonal ingredients, and also preparation methods which suit the season. Winter exclusives include duck hot pot, Negima hot pot, and Ainame pomegranate hot pot — a piping hot soup that is mild in flavor is perfect for the chilly weather.
While there's only an omakase menu that's offered at Yamasaki, trust that whatever kind of hot pot they serve you, it will be one of the best of its kind in town.
