One of downtown Tokyo’s best Michelin-starred kaiseki restaurants, a favorite of locals for over 30 years.

Restaurant Details

Since 1989, this Minamiazabu kaiseki restaurant has been serving up delicate seasonal cuisine. It’s now recognized by the Michelin Guide as one of the best traditional restaurants in the city, and has received a facelift with a fresh, contemporary interior.

The course menu features original inventions alongside traditional favorites, each cooked with a sock of seasonal ingredients as beautiful as they are delicious. The dishes adjust to follow the changing of the seasons and the inspiration of the chef. However some signature dishes, like the outstanding abalone with liver, are likely to feature.

Seats are limited, with many claimed by long-time regulars, so be sure to make a reservation well ahead to claim yours.
