Restaurant Details

Verve Coffee Roasters was founded in 2007 by Colby and Ryan, who were college classmates. They buy high-quality coffee beans directly from all over the world and carefully roast and brew them. The style here evokes the beachy California lifestyle from the city of Santa Cruz, which is said to be the birthplace of American surf culture with its abundant nature and thriving outdoor sports scene.

Verve’s message, "COFFEE IS A FRUIT" invites people to have a different perspective on their coffee, tasting the difference. Their stores buy the highest quality coffee directly from farms around the world in search of clean, sweet, and vibrantly flavored coffee beans. Seasonal coffees are carefully roasted by hand at their roastery in Kita-Kamakura so that the fruity flavor stands out.

Verve Coffee Roasters delivers beans to your cup in their freshest state, straight from their roasters in Kita-Kamakura. Try a cup of fruity and fresh coffee in Shinjuku!
