Toshi Yoroizuka Roppongi
Be one of the few to witness a live performance by one of the top three pastry chefs in Japan.
Restaurant Details
A unique dessert store with an open-concept just like a bar counter, Toshi Yoroizuka Roppongi uses the most exceptional seasonal ingredients in their delicately flavored sweets. The cozy space was made intentionally to preserve the personal and intimate connection the diner has with the chef while he puts on a show of the preparations.
Owned by one of the top three pastry chefs in all of Japan, Toshi Yoroizuka opened this dessert restaurant in hopes of providing a whole new experience of purchasing sweets by serving them fresh from the oven — a completely different experience from just grabbing them pre-made from a display.
Sweets lovers are in for a treat with seasonal desserts like the watermelon mille-feuille, that uses watermelon from Tottori, and puff pastry topped with homemade salted ice cream. The menu changes often, so every visit will be like a whole new experience with the opportunity to taste a fresh set of flavors.
With all five senses active when dining at Toshi Yoroizuka Roppongi, you'll be able to appreciate the immaculate detail of each dessert, the thought put into them, and the passion in the preparation.
