Restaurant Details

Sticking to the “bean to bar” philosophy of handling every process from the beginning of the cocoa beans, all the way to the crafting of chocolate bars, bonbons, and gateaux, LES CACAOS is a chocolate specialty store and workshop where magic is made.

The owner and mastermind of the shop, Takuma Kuroki, worked at various patisseries, chocolate shops, and restaurants in Paris for seven years after graduating from confectionery school. Upon his return, his passion for making sweets from carefully selected cocoa beans while being fully engaged in the roasting, refining, tempering, and molding resulted in the opening of this famous chocolate shop.

Kuroki’s unconventional idea became a successful reality, with the aim to deliver smooth and delicious bonbon chocolates and gateaux with enhanced cocoa flavor. Without using any artificial or synthetic flavorings, Kuroki aims to pursue an all-natural approach for LES CACAOS.
