Premium Japanese ingredients served up in a stylish modern interior — this is a traditional restaurant for lovers of hearty cooking.

Restaurant Details

This traditional Japanese restaurant in Fukuoka may be a little hard to find due to the lack of signage out front, but once you’re inside, you’re in for a treat. Take a seat at their long banquet table to enjoy an omakase meal featuring fresh seafood, premium meats, and seasonal produce.

Expect snow crab, fugu pufferfish, sea urchin, whale bacon, chargrilled wagyu beef, and other distinctly Japanese ingredients to feature on the menu. The crescendo is a full-to-the-brim hotpot with chicken stock and a hearty dose of meat and vegetables inside.

Lots of advance preparation is required for such a fine meal, so be sure to reserve in advance to avoid missing out on one of the best traditional Japanese meals in Fukuoka.
