The owner and chef, Yuuki Tanaka, was born in Mie Prefecture and received extensive training at the prestigious Kikunoi restaurant in Tokyo. With a passion for culinary excellence, Chef Tanaka further expanded his expertise by spending a year in Toronto, Canada, and undertaking training opportunities across the globe.
