Ginza Okuda
Get the full-on kaiseki adventure at a bargain.
Restaurant Details
Known as a clone of the chef-owner's first restaurant, Ginza Kojyu, this restaurant is similar in style, aesthetics, quality, and service. The only difference is that Ginza Okuda is much more affordable. With basically everything just the same as its luxury counterpart, the kaiseki cuisine here is definitely a great deal!
While the kaiseki master himself is nowhere to be seen behind the counter (hence the lower price point), dining at the chef's second home is an honor enough. Stripping each ingredient down to their raw forms, Ginza Okuda eliminates any additional seasoning or flavoring to present the ingredients at their unadorned best.
The sumibi-yaki is one of the restaurant's specialties — seasonal ingredients are charcoal-grilled to perfection for a beautiful smoky aroma. From high-grade wagyu beef to fresh seasonal seafood, Ginza Okuda is not to be missed!
