Restaurant Details
BOUL’ANGE in Shinjuku was opened in 2017, adopting carefully-selected flours from all over the world and combining them with seasonal ingredients, creating pastries with authentic French techniques.
The bakery offers a variety of baked goods including limited-quantity bread, crispy layered croissants, and viennoiseries. The colorful menu lineup includes tartines that change every hour to make sure the bread is fresh!
BOUL'ANGE’s croissant is their most popular baked good, selling around 2,000 units a day. These signature croissants are made with high-quality Japanese butter and an original blend of wheat. Each croissant is carefully folded and finished one by one by their bakers. The texture of the crunchy crust and the rich aroma of butter creates an unforgettable taste experience.
