The chef at this Osaka patisserie, Futoshi Hashimoto, creates mostly traditional French baked goods, but on the occasions when he feels slightly more inventive, he whips out his creative chef hat and creates sweets with his own personal spin to them. The arrangement in the patisserie sections of the chef's personally invented chocolate collection, including the popular Lactée (a chocolate mousse cake with raspberry).
There’s always a queue lined up outside of Acidracines, and the delicious goods often get swiped off the racks as soon as they're placed on them. Be sure to get there early to have a variety of freshly baked pastries to choose from.
