Experience Details

If you’re looking for a truly exclusive dining experience in Tokyo, this premium tour takes you to members-only restaurants that usually don’t welcome walk-in guests. Here, you’ll indulge in an omakase meal with several courses and drinks. Your friendly host, Ryo, an experienced food guide, is a photographer who will capture memorable moments of an evening you won’t forget! After meeting with Ryo at a nearby station, you’ll walk to the first restaurant, which specializes in Japanese cuisine. Here, you’ll enjoy an omakase course curated by the owner-chef, who will walk you through the seasonal menu and each dish included. In true omakase fashion, the menu is not static. Instead, the chef uses their creativity to craft each course using only the fresh ingredients available at the local market each time, so expect to be surprised! This tour includes eight courses (including dessert) and two drinks at the first restaurant. A sommelier will guide you through choosing drinks, either alcoholic or non-alcoholic, depending on your preference: various types of Japanese sake, fresh fruit sour and Japanese tea cocktails and mocktails are among the offerings. Sip these delicious refreshments along with your spectacular food in an evening you won’t forget! The fun doesn’t end here, however. After the meal, which will roughly take around 2 hours, you will head upstairs to a sushi bar run by the same owner, where you’ll enjoy one complimentary drink with your host, who will answer any questions you may have about Japanese food and drink culture, as well as share insider travel tips. As the evening unfolds, Ryo will capture moments in stunning photographs that will be shared with you for free. Enjoy good food over great conversation in this premium experience in the trendy district of Meguro and discover a lesser-known part of Japanese fine dining.
