Experience Details
There are a lot of benefits when it comes to team building, and making creative sushi as a group is a great team-building experience! Events such as cooking together gives teammates and colleagues the chance to learn about teamwork, communication, and time management while expressing creativity. It’s also an excellent opportunity for individuals to develop leadership skills, and better understand the diversity within their team.
During this experience, members of the large group will be split into teams. Guided by an English-speaking instructor or with support from an interpreter, team members will watch an in-depth cooking demonstration of how to prepare two different types of sushi. After the lecture, teams will compete to create their own creative sushi using the prepared materials and ingredients. At the end of the cooking session, teams will have a chance to present their efforts on their theme, creativity, and arrangement before eating sushi together.
