After becoming involved with the local community of wasabi farmers, he did something he never would have imagined—embarked on the journey of starting his own wasabi farm. Had a fabulous time.
Enjoyed sampling fresh wasabi in the Forrest.
David has inspired us to search out wasabi where ever we can, and to eat it in such a manner as to get the full flavour
