Nikutei Futago 提供私密的烧肉体验，让游客可以尽情品尝菜单。餐厅位于新宿的繁华地段，顾客可以选择预订包间、半包间或舒适的餐桌区。
菜单上的 80 道菜均采用精挑细选的和牛，包括兵库县的太田牛和宫城县的仙台牛。菜单上的肉类种类繁多，游客既可以选择自己喜欢的菜肴，也可以选择自己熟悉的菜肴，或者两者兼而有之。
当然，享用烤肉离不开米饭。Nikutei Futago 使用的是米其林星级餐厅通常选用的船久保商店（Funakubo Shoten）锅煮米饭。
Nikutei Futago 只提供晚餐套餐，是在新宿度过一个特别夜晚的理想去处。
