温暖的灯光和整洁的内饰为这家位于奈良天理的著名烧肉餐厅营造出时尚的氛围。由于所有座位都是私人的，因此用餐者可以在更加轻松的氛围中享受肉类大餐，从而散发出一种独特的氛围。与其他烤肉店不同的是，肉匠迎宾馆天理店拥有自己的私人牧场--所有供应的肉都来自自家饲养的大和牛。每次只引进一头牛，以便从育种阶段到屠宰阶段跟踪牛的健康状况。餐厅的肉类大师拥有 30 多年的经验，只满足于最好的，他还负责从日本各地精心采购肉类。他只挑选 A5 BMS 大理石纹 8 级或以上的健康母牛。这确保了所有供应的红肉都味道鲜美、肉质细嫩、大理石花纹漂亮。
