Kawadoko（字面意思为 "河床"）餐饮是夏季非常受欢迎的活动，客人可以在河边的高台上用餐，让哗哗的流水声冲走炎热。
作为箱根第一家也是唯一一家河床式餐厅，Gyunabe Ukon 在夏季自然是游人如织。但在秋季和冬季，餐厅也同样热闹非凡，因为此时须久茂川沿岸的枫树林会呈现出绚丽的红色和黄色。
箱根的秋天寒风凛冽，这也是客人们披上 Ukon 的羽田大衣、钻进小松被窝、品尝冒着热气的行锅 Ukon 著名火锅的最佳时节。餐厅的黑毛和牛来自日本全国各地，搭配神奈川县当地种植的蔬菜。山药是 Ukon 在小田原市郊自己的农场里种植的，其香味和口感尤其闻名。
