A soy sauce specialty store that offers all of its products in small 100ml bottles. The selection is made by visiting over 400 soy sauce breweries throughout Japan. They value the region’s individuality and the soy sauce maker, including white soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and soy sauce made in wooden vats.
