Nikutei Futago 提供私密的燒肉體驗，讓遊客可以盡情品嚐菜單。餐廳位於新宿的繁華地段，顧客可以選擇預訂包間、半包間或舒適的餐桌區。
菜單上的 80 道菜均採用精挑細選的和牛，包括兵庫縣的太田牛和宮城縣的仙台牛。菜單上的肉類種類繁多，遊客既可以選擇自己喜歡的菜餚，也可以選擇自己熟悉的菜餚，或者兩者兼而有之。
當然，享用烤肉離不開米飯。Nikutei Futago 使用的是米其林星級餐廳通常選用的船久保商店（Funakubo Shoten）鍋煮米飯。
Nikutei Futago 只提供晚餐套餐，是在新宿度過一個特別夜晚的理想去處。
