溫暖的燈光和整潔的內飾爲這家位於奈良天理的著名燒肉餐廳營造出時尚的氛圍。由於所有座位都是私人的，因此用餐者可以在更加輕鬆的氛圍中享受肉類大餐，從而散發出一種獨特的氛圍。與其他烤肉店不同的是，肉匠迎賓館擁有自己的私人牧場--所有供應的肉都來自自家飼養的大和牛。每次只引進一頭牛，以便從育種階段到屠宰階段跟蹤牛的健康狀況。餐廳的肉類大師擁有 30 多年的經驗，只滿足於最好的，他還負責從日本各地精心採購肉類。他只挑選 A5 BMS 大理石紋 8 級以上的健康母牛。這確保了所有供應的紅肉都味道鮮美、肉質細嫩、大理石花紋漂亮。
