The menu is not just tofu based, one can choose other proteins too; but the quality of the tofu is great here. The special silken tofu is cooked on the table without any chemicals. The side dishes with tofu, sweet potato and blue cheese and the goose meat were awesome, as was the tiramisu. Our meal came up to 9000¥ plus the booking fee of 4000¥ which was very reasonable.

The place is little bit tricky to find as it’s s small restaurant within an old Japanese style building where other restaurants & bars are also located. The Chef is quite friendly and speaks fairly fluent English. The dishes prepared were simply amazing and especially with the Tamura Beef. We had the ‘Bara’ course, which was just right for us. Although without any wine pairing, wine by the glasses were also very good and reasonably priced. Lastly, the restaurant can only accommodate six persons so must make reservation.
