Tenpaku
Established in 1992 in Mie prefecture’s Shima area, this company manufactures and sells katsuobushi (dried bonito) products. Katsuobushi has been made for generations in this area, so long ago that the actual founding year was unrecorded. Here, they offer not just bonito products, but also the opportunity for visitors to visit their workshop for a hands-on experience.
