Description
This is powdered tea made from the final processing stages of sencha and is characterized by its strong yet refreshing taste. Since the powder contains a large number of tea leaves, it is possible to ingest active ingredients that are insoluble in water. This powdered tea is made using a secret pasteurization method known only to Igarashien. While this tea is often consumed at sushi and tonkatsu restaurants, it is different than the completely soluble tea that is often used at conveyor belt sushi restaurants. When brewed, this tea glows a bright green. Please note that this powdered tea requires a teapot to make.
